Group Interviews

Groups of five or more

Groups of five or more unrelated persons traveling together for a purpose other than tourism are required to schedule a group appointment.

For information on how to schedule an appointment for your group, please call the Visa Information Service at 0 703 700 120, Monday through Friday between 7.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

Group representatives making appointments with the Embassy in Warsaw also have the option of making those appointments online.  Specifically, a group representative having access to web site www.visausa.pl, will be able to schedule an appointment for groups of 5 or more non-family members interested in traveling to the United States together for a purpose other then tourism. Once the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw has authorized an agency or group, the group representative will be given a PIN to utilize the Group Appointment System repeatedly, at any time. A PIN can be obtained by sending an e-mail to groupswrw@state.gov specifying the group or an agency, the number of persons traveling, and purpose and time of the trip.  The charge for each applicant is 5 PLN (22% VAT included). Once a person scheduling a group appointment has paid, he has access to a one month calendar and can choose an appointment day Monday through Friday beginning at 7:30 a.m.

After scheduling an appointment, the group leader must deliver all Required documents to the Embassy in Warsaw or the U.S. Consulate in Krakow depending upon the consular district in which the applicants reside (See where to apply.) Groups applying in Warsaw should call 022 504 2558 to arrange details of the delivery, while groups applying in Krakow should call 012-424-5107 to make delivery arrangements.
